St John's On Ice Update

With only a couple of days to go before 'St John's on Ice' we wanted to write to you with some final information. The ice rink is booked from 4:00pm - 6:30pm on Thursday 30^th June 2011.  Please feel free to go in and start skating from 4:00pm!

Sponsorship

One of the main purposes of event is to raise some money for the PTA. We have sold around 300 tickets, which has already raised £150, but are encouraging the children to collect sponsorship money as well. Your child should have received a sponsorship form last week.

Tickets

You should have received tickets yesterday. You will need to bring these to the Ice Rink and exchange them for ice skate hire. If there are any problems with tickets, please speak to Mrs Collins in the office.

Location

The ice rink is in the very centre of Bristol. (Frogmore/Trenchard Street.)  If you need directions please contact the school office.

Supervision

Parents will be responsible for supervising children throughout the whole event. Some of the staff members will be attending, but will require most of their attention to stand up on the ice!
